Although these portraits are simple, they capture both my personality and appearance completely. Pictured in my dark room, playing my guitar, surrounded by my favorite vinyl and cassettes, shows what I do in my free time, as well as how my music taste defines me. Next is my unique features, like my curly hair and gapped teeth, shot raw and simple. Lastly is my unique fashion sense, showing my bright colors and beat up Docs that I wear every day. All of these photos were edited to look like film, with added grain and saturation, to show my love for film photography and all of its beauty. These photos may be simple but they capture me the way I want to be captured.
